NAVIGATOR PLANS

Have a Navigator in your corner.

Family court does not run on business hours. Questions pop up at 11pm. Something happens at school and you need to know if it matters. Your ex sends a text and you do not know how to respond. These plans give you ongoing access to a Navigator who already knows your case - so you are never figuring it out alone.

Four ways to have us in your corner.

Basic comes free with any one-time purchase. The other three are monthly support plans you can start, pause, or cancel anytime from your portal. No long-term contracts.

Which plan fits you?

Quick guide based on your situation.

BASIC

You need one filing done

Buy the service you need (Consultation, Single Document, Standard Package, etc.) and you'll have a portal to track it. No subscription required.

MESSAGING - $129/MO

You want ongoing Q&A access

Your case has been dragging on for months. You get motions from the other side and want a sanity check. You're not drafting new documents often - you just need to talk to someone who knows your case.

SILVER - $349/MO

You're in an active multi-filing case

Your case is moving and you need a real person you can both message AND get on the phone with. Silver gives you 2 focused 30-minute calls per month for the conversations that do not fit into messages - strategy questions, walking through filings you received, hearing prep talk-throughs. Drafted documents are ordered separately, but you have someone in your corner between filings.

GOLD - $459/MO

You want the full Navigator experience

Your case is complex, stakes are high, and you need someone tracking it actively - not just reacting when you reach out. Gold doubles your calls to 4 per month, opens up extended-hours messaging (Mon-Sat 7am-8pm PT) so weekday evenings and Saturday questions get same-day replies, adds a monthly written case review so nothing falls through the cracks, and puts your work at the front of the queue when you do order drafting separately.

Common questions

Can I start on Basic and upgrade later? +
Yes - that's the whole point. Most clients start with Basic (just buying the service they need), and upgrade if their case turns into something ongoing. You can upgrade to Messaging, Silver, or Gold from your portal any time.
Can I switch between Messaging, Silver, and Gold? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your portal at any time. Billing adjusts on your next cycle. Access to the new tier is immediate.
What does "unlimited messaging" actually mean? +
No hard cap on number of messages. Fair use applies: messaging is for procedural questions, document-related queries, and case navigation - not a substitute for a 30-minute strategy call when that's what you need. If the conversation needs that kind of depth, your Navigator will flag it and suggest booking one (or, on Silver and Gold, using one of your included calls).
Do subscriptions include drafted documents? +
No. Subscriptions cover ongoing access - messaging on all paid tiers, plus calls on Silver and Gold. Drafted documents (Single Document $395, Standard $895, Complex $1,795, Emergency Motion $795) are ordered separately as you need them. This keeps subscriptions affordable for parents who are not actively filing every month, and keeps drafting work priced fairly for parents who do need it.
Is any of this legal advice? +
No. Family Court Navigator is a document preparation service, not a law firm. Messaging and calls are for procedural guidance, document-related questions, and case navigation. We can't give legal advice or represent you in court. If you need legal advice, we refer you to a licensed Washington attorney.
How do the focused calls work in Silver and Gold? +
Silver includes 2 focused calls per month. Gold includes 4 focused calls per month - use them however the case needs (two calls one week, none another, whatever works). Each call is 30 minutes with a Navigator who already knows your case - no warm-up time, no recap, straight to your specific question. Book directly from your portal Account tab; one tap takes you to the booking page. Unused calls do not roll over; the allowance resets each billing cycle.
What does "extended-hours messaging" mean for Gold? +
Standard Messaging promises a response within 1 business day. Gold members get responses Monday through Saturday between 7am and 8pm Pacific - so urgent questions Saturday morning, weekday evenings, or first-thing Monday get a same-day reply. Sunday is the one day we are offline. This is real-human response, not a chatbot.
What does the monthly case review (Gold) include? +
Once a month, your Navigator writes you a 1-2 page review covering where your case stands, what deadlines are coming up, what we recommend you do or prepare for next, and any patterns or risks we are seeing. Delivered to your portal. It is the difference between asking when something comes up vs. having someone actively tracking your case in the background.
How do I cancel? +
Log into your portal, go to Account, click cancel. Access continues through the end of your current billing month, then stops. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
