What this is
A professional hearing transcript service for Washington pro se parents who need the verbatim record of a hearing or trial. You upload the audio from the court, we transcribe it, and you receive a court-formatted Word document and PDF in your email.
Court reporters typically charge $4 to $8 per page and quote 4 to 12 weeks for delivery. For a pro se appellant on a 30 day filing window under RAP 5.2, that is often too slow. We deliver in 6 to 8 business days at a flat rate, so you can cite the transcript in your brief instead of missing your deadline.
Choose your tier
Price depends on the length of your hearing or trial. Pick the closest tier. If your transcript runs over, we email you about the small overage before we complete it - no surprise charges after delivery.

Where do I get the audio?
Most Washington superior courts record their hearings and will give you a copy on request for a small fee, typically five to twenty dollars. Contact the clerk for the county where your hearing was held, ask for the FTR (For The Record) recording of your hearing date, and request it in MP3 or WMA format. Most clerks deliver within a few business days.
If you cannot get the audio from the court for some reason, contact us before ordering and we will help you figure out the right path. If your audio quality is poor when we receive it, we will tell you within one business day and refund your order minus a fifty dollar review fee.
