You were served with a motion, petition, or summons. Your deadline to respond is now ticking - and missing it can cost you the case by default. What happens after you buy

1. You upload what you were served with
   After payment, you fill out a short intake form (5 minutes) telling us when you were served, how, and which county. You can upload the document or skip if you do not have a copy.
2. We calculate and write your report (24 hours)
   A navigator reviews your filing, applies WA Civil Rules and any local-county adjustments, and writes a plain-English report with your exact deadline, what to file, and the consequences of missing it.
3. You file on time
   Use the deadline report to plan your response. If you decide you want our help drafting the response itself, you can upgrade to a Standard Package and we credit your $29 toward that.
